Frank O. Eubanks, 64, of Anna died at 10:45 a.m., Saturday, May 18, 2002, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

He was born June 27, 1937, at Franklin County, Ill., son of Hosea and Ina Myers Eubanks. He and Delores Davis were married Dec. 23, 1958. She preceded him in death June 12, 2000.

Survivors include 10 children, Darlene Tipton of Cobden, Ill., David Eubanks of Anna, Bill Eubanks of Cobden, Frank Martin of Jonesboro, Ill., Raymond Eubanks of Alton, Iowa, Shawn Eubanks of Cobden, Tiny Diaz of Cobden, Debbie Cormack of Anna, Crystal Bonilla of Jonesboro and Cricket Velasques of Jonesboro; two sisters, Marge Tittle of Benton, Mo., and Minnie Eubanks of Benton; three brothers, Kenneth Eubanks of Calufield, Mo., Buster Eubanks of Buckner, Ill., and Rutherford Eubanks of Valier, Ill.; 23 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter.

Friends may call at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Bon Reynolds will officiate with burial in the Busby Cemetery in Goreville, Ill.
