Hazel Fuqua

Hazel Fuqua, age 85, of Belknap, died Monday, Oct. 31, 1994, in the Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Fuqua.

She was born in Johnson County on Feb. 21, 1909, the daughter of Etta Canupp & Dave Allen.

She attended the Belknap Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by two sisters, Vivian Penrod and Flossie Higgins, both of Belknap and one brother, Marion Allen of Belknap.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, today, at the Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak with the Rev. Alvin Thomas officiating. Burial will be in the Belknap Masonic Cemetery.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. Thursday until the time of the funeral at Wilson funeral Home.
