James M. Rikard

James was born in Franklin County, Alabama in 1842 and died at age 69 years.

He came to Illinois in the year of 1864. He was married to Mary E. Craig in January 1868 and to this union, seven children were born. Two died and five living. he leaves to mourn his passing his companions, and three sons; William, John, & James, and daughter; Laura Barnett, wife of Hosea Barnett  and Viola.
