Maude Mae Frost

Mae Frost, age 94 years, a resident of Vienna, IL, passed away Thursday afternoon, May 18, 2006, at 4:10 PM at the Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis, IL.

Mae was born April 30, 1912 in Cypress, IL. She was the daughter of John Frost and Martha Alice (Kelley) Frost.

Mae is survived by her dear Friends, including Phyllis Taylor, Janice Gossett, Darwin & Wilma Racey and the staff and residents of the Hillview Health Care Center where Mae has made her home since 1987.

In addition to her Parents, Mae was preceded in death by: a Brother - Jack Frost; a Sister - Gladys Frost and an Infant Sister.

During World War II, Mae was employed in the defense industries. Mae had also worked as a Nurse’s Aid.

Mae was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Vienna. She enjoyed reading, singing & playing bingo.

A Graveside Service will be conducted Saturday morning, May 20, 2006, at 11 AM at the Cypress Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 AM – 10:30 AM Saturday at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna.
