Ivagene Dunn

by Gloria Gore Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Aly Funeral Home in Vienna, with burial in the First Church of God Cemetery in Cypress. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Dunn was part owner/ operator of Dunn's Grocery in Mount Pleasant and worked until the time of her illness at Dunn's Equipment Co. in Cypress. She was a member of Mount Pisgah Methodist Church in Cypress. She was born Oct. 19, 1916, in Johnson County to Isaac Arizona and Matilda Jane (Gore) Beggs. She married Wilford Dunn on March 6, 1933. He survives. Other survivors include one son, Lonnie Dunn of Boles; one daughter, Bonnie Sue McCommons of Dongola; two brothers, Arizona Beggs of Cypress and Morris Dean Beggs of Springfield; two sisters, Vivian McGill and Ludene Booth, both of Springfield; eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. |
