GOREVILLE - - Orville Russell, 77, of Pittsfield, formerly of Goreville, died at 3:20 p.m. Monday, June 9, 1966, in Blessing Hospital, Quincy.
    He was an engineer and a member of the Operating Engineers.
    He was of the Methodist faith.
    He was born Oct. 17, 1908, in Goreville, to Owen and Mary Rowe Russell.
    He married Flossie Adams on June 24, 1927, in Paducah, Ky.  She survives.
    Other survivors include one son, Robert Russell, of Edinboro, Pa.; One daughter, Bette Drew, Pittsfield; three sisters, Opal Quillman, Detroit, Mich., Agatha Barger, Marion, and Bonnie Franklin, Chicago; one brother, Vernell Russell, Florida; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
    The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday in Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home, Marion, with burial in
Busby Cemetery, near Goreville.
