Thomas Pinkerton Brown
I am searching for the birth records for my great grandfather. He was supposedly born in Cairo 2/24/1874. His name was Thomas Pinkerton Brown. Fathers name may have also been Thomas, but T. P. did not have Jr. associated with his name. I do not know his mothers name. The father worked on the river, and according to family legend walked with a limp due to a bale of cotton falling on his leg at some point.
Any help you can provide will be most appreciated.
