 Hello, my name is Anne Kunzen, and I would like to welcome you to my Lake County pages at Illinois Genealogy Trails. Several of my own ancestors came to settle in Lake County from places like Vermont and Massachusetts. I have always been fascinated by the history of Lake County. These pages are my attempt to share what I have learned, in the hopes that you will come closer to knowing more about your own ancestors who lived here.

Since I have just begun these pages, there is not a lot of data, but there will be information added on a regular basis, so please check back often. However, I am only one person, and I could always use some help.
