The heirs of Ezra Ackley, late of LaSalle County, deceased, are hereby notified, that I intend to present a petition to the Circuit Court of said LaSalle County, at the next term thereof, to be holden in said county on the first Monday in November next, at the opening of the court on Monday of the second week of the sitting of the same Court, praying for the sale of so much of the real estate, of which the said Ezra Ackley died seized, as will be sufficient to pay the debts against said estate, the personal effects being insufficient to pay the same. When and where the said heirs and others, interested in said estate, may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted.
