Almost 100 people were present at the reunion of the Gonnerman family which was held at which was held in the Kersten Gymnasium on Sunday June 4th with a scramble dinner at noon. A program was enjoyed in the afternoon and was followed by election of officers with the following elected for the following year:
The oldest member present was Mrs. Henry Semmler of Ashton; the youngest was little Miss Sandra Travestad of Rochelle. An interesting fact was that there were three pairs of twins present; Henry Schafer of Franklin Grove and Mrs. Anna Gonnerman of Nachusa; Lois and Louise Gonnerman of Winnebago Il, and Jerry and Gene Messer of Ashton.
