Andrew F. Johnson to Laura Mannon

On Wednesday evening at eight o'clock at the home of Mrs. Eleanor Mannon occurred a very pretty home wedding. Her youngest daughter, Miss Laura, was united in marriage to Andrew F. Johnson, son of Mrs. B. F. Johnson. A. W. Hetrick of Light House, formerly pastor of the M. E. church of this place, officiated using the ring ceremony.

Miss Allma Bradshaw played the wedding march. The bride was beautifully costumed in white silk mousseline trimmed in lace. She carried white roses.

The bride and groom stood under a white wedding bell, which was suspended from an arch decorated in smilax, white and pink carnations. After the ceremony and congratulations a three-course lap supper was served.

Many beautiful presents were received. The young couple left for Chicago Saturday morning and will be at home to their many friends after March 1st. at Crookston, Minn. The guests from out of town were: Mrs. Emeline Allen, Dixon; Mrs. E. F. Holdren, Sterling; Mrs. Jos. Higgins, Rock Falls; Mrs. Frank Flick, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Johnson of Monroe Center , Mr. Wilbur Johnson of Iowa City, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Truman Johnson, Clear Lake, Iowa; Miss Cora and Mr. Calvin Holdren of Sterling; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Grant, Dixon; Mrs. Maud Williams of Tiskilwa; Mr. and Mrs. J.
