George Schinzer Estate

A complaint was filed in the office of John O. Shaulis, circuit court clerk, Wednesday seeking the settlement of a disputed $32,000 estate in Reynolds township.

The complaint was filed by plaintiffs Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Sword, against Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Nass, both of Ashton,defendants.

he disputed estate is that of the late George Schinzer, Reynolds twp, the father of Mrs. Sword and Mrs. Nass.

In the complaint, Mrs. Sword requested that the plaintiffs and defendants become tenants in common on the Schinzer estate, a farm in Reynolds township.

She asked the court to set aside a deed given to Mrs. Nass by her father years ago, that a chattel mortgage alledgedly held by Mrs. Nass be dissolved, and that an administrator be appointed to settle the estate.

She also requested that her husband be reimbursed for work and improvements he had made on the farm while living there and taking care of Schinzer.

In the complaint, the plaintiffs claimed that half of the Reynolds township farm should go to them as legal heirs of Schinzer.
