  • Mrs. Harold Thomas returned home Friday from St. James Hospital in Pontaic.
  • Mrs. Verle Farber of Mazon visited Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Vant Friday.
  • Albert Eggenberger of Pontiac called on his sister, Mrs. Anna Hole, Friday afternoon.
  • Ronald Lighty left Saturday evening for Greenville, S.C. He had been vacationing here for two weeks with relatives.
  • Diane Roche, Linda Billington, Chris Donovan, Norma Vitzthum, Elaine Milligan, cheerleaders of Saunemin High School, attended a cheerleader clinic last week on the campus of Illinois State University in Normal.
  • Gerald Lighty and Mark Richie of this vicinity were among those who graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale June 11.
  • James Roche of Southern Illinois University spent last week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Roche.
  • Mr. and Mrs. William Battice and Tommie of Pontiac were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Wynistorf.
  • Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Seamark of Campus called on Mrs. Howard Davis Friday evening.
  • Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Oswald and family spent the weekend with relatives in Greenville.
  • Stuart Rothrock is spending the summer with Roger Locke in San Jose, Calif.
  • Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Austin, Sharon and Sandra were supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Blackmore in Kankakee Sunday.
  • Miss Susan Rothrock is taking summer courses at University of Illinois in Urbana.
  • Mrs. Kenneth Jones and Anna of Philadelphia, Pa., and Miss Janet Austin and Mark Austin were dinner guests of Mrs. Anna Hole Wednesday.
