The Funderburk Cemetery in Dorchester Twp, Macoupin County, Illinois. 17 graves have stones remaining.
The cemetery is on private property, so we did not touch anything except to read what was there. I did find a few broken stones in the underbrush around 1980, during Winter months. So I would imagine some of the stones are under the topsoil. Vera Ruffini read these in early Fall 1980, we tried again mid-winter of 1980.
