Is hereby given, that I shall apply to Jacob W. Walker, Judge of the
Court of Probate in and for the county of Madison, on the third
Monday of June next, for a final settlement of the estate of JOHN
FENN, late of said county, deceased. All persons having demands
against said estate are requested to present them on or previous to
that day, duly authenticated, for adjustment. And as thre is not
personal property belonging to said estate, sufficient to satify the
demands against the same, I shall apply to said court on the said
third Monday on June next, for an order to sell the real estate of the
said deceased, or so much thereof as will pay the charges against
