This was an actual postcard sent to Patty's family in Chicago from Toluca. It shows Santa Fe Ave looking east. Notice the road is still dirt. A car is coming down the street, but there are still horses and buggies tied to the hitching posts.
Most of the buildings on the left are still standing. The large brick building is now an apartment building.
