Daniel Avery, 67, of Bath passed away at his residence Saturday.

He is survived by his wife, Mable; three sons, Athal of Bath, Alan of Metropolis, and James of Peoria; two daughters, Ada of Bath and Bessie of Bartonsville.

Funeral services were held Monday, Aprill 13 at 2 p.m. at the Lintner Funeral Home with Rev. Lottie Morrow of Beardstown officiating. Burial was in Bath Cemetery.
