Mason City - Fred Padgett, 62, of Bloomington died at 2:16 p.m. Monday at Brokaw Hospital in Normal. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Hurley Funeral Home, Havana, with burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Havana.

Surviving are two daughters, Ginger Padgett of Canton and Janine Padgett of Mason City; one son, Scott Padgett of Bader; one stepson, Larry LeConpte of Astoria; four grandchildren; one sister, Bula Gordon of Peoria; and one brother, Jerry Ray Padgett.
