The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Clay H. Ruggles passed from this life at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 28, 1918, after a brief life of three short days. Brief services were held in the home by Rev. J.H. Bruggink, pastor of the Baptist church. Interment in Pleasant Hill cemetery.
