The condition of the above obligation is such that whare as the above bounden Jacob R. Gates hath on the day of the Date hereof Prged? an attachment at the suit of J.R. Gates aganst the Personal Estate (in whose bonded) of Nathaniel Cafer for the sum of Fifteen dollars and the same being about to be said out Returnable on the 8th day December 1858 before Wm McDowell. Now if the J.R. Gates shall Prosecute his suit with Effect an in case of failure therin shall will and truly pay all such cost in such suit and such Damages as the said N. Cafer may sustain By Reason of Rangefaby?_____?
