Indian / Indian Field / Indian Burial Ground Cemetery
Lexington

Pine Street
(Cemetery is located approximately 2 miles South of Lexington on Pine Street off of the roadway to the West of 2600 East Road in a grove of trees)
Lexington Township, Section 20
McLean County, Illinois

In 1938-39 Mary S Wales noted "2 miles south of Lexington, Illinois over run with weeds and briars many stones falling earliest date 1830 of burial, of birth 1770"

NOTE: Some of the photo links may take you directly to the photo while others will take you to the cemetery as listed at findagrave.com (source 3) where the photo can be found. Eventually we hope to have photos of all the headstones located here at Genealogy trails, but until then, this is a viable alternative, allowing you to view the photos "where ever they might be".
