Community of Osman History
McLean County, Illinois

Only other community of Bellflower Township is the small village of Osman, with a population of sixty.

It is located on the Wabash Railroad and contains numerous grain storage bins of the government's Commodity Credit Corporation.

The village was laid out by Moses Osman, a pioneer railroad builder of the area. [This is McLean County, Illinois by: John Drury, The Loree Co., Chicago, Illinois (1955)]
