Balster, Henry ~ King, Anna Henry Balster and Miss Anna King were married at the German Lutheran parsonage, in this city, by Rev. P. Weil, Wednesday afternoon last. The groom is the son of Henry Balster of Tice, and the bride is a daughter of Taylor King, of Sandridge. The young couple will reside on the Ritterbush farm, near Tice. McNabb, Ephraim ~ Toohey, Barbara McNabb - Toohey - Married, at noon, Tuesday, February 2, 1904, by Judge George W. Murray, in the county court room, Ephraim H. McNabb of Mt. Vernon and Barbara Toohey of Petersburg. This is the fourth wedding of the bride. The couple will reside on a farm near Mt. Vernon. White, Robert ~ Powers, Velda Robert H. White and Miss Velda M. Powers both of this place were married this morning at the First Methodist church in Springfield, Rev. F.F. Havinghurst, the pastor officiating. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Vern Powers, the former being a brother of the bride. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Roe Powers and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John White. The couple will reside on a farm near Petersburg.
