Please take notice, that the remains of the above- named persons may lie within a State of Illinois road improvement project known as F.A.1. Rte. 474, Section 72-3-1 & 13 and that the remains of some or all of the above-named persons, are situated on the premises along the north side of Illinois Route 116 westerly, and as directed by engineers from the Illinois Department of Transportation may be subject to disinterment and re-interment in another part of the aforesaid cemetery.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE  that the Illinois Department of Transportation, acting on behalf of the Subcontractor T. W. PARKS, shall, on the seventh (7th) day after the date this Notice Appears, submit an Application For Disinterment-Re-interment Permit with the Illinois Department of Public Health's local-registrar for all the above-named deceased persons.
