| W.C.H BARTON vs Alvah MOFFATT, as sumpsit. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff against MOFFATT,and damages were assessed at $457. 80. |
| Elizabeth DENSLINGER vs. Frank HITCHCOCK and Frisby JENKINS, replevin. Appeal bond presented, approved and ordered filed. A jury was empaneled, the evidence herald and the plaintiff took a non-suit. Writ of return return habendo awarded. |
| F.W. VOIGT vs. Alvah MOFFATT, assumpsit. Continued by agreement. |
| John LONG, administrator, & c., vs. Wm T.DOWDALL, assumpsit. Dismissed by agreement at the defendant's cost. |
| Two cases were entered for the January term Jacob DARST vs. A.F. LINCOLN Jacob DARST vs. Jacob LUTZ and A.F. LINCOLN and sci fa, to revive judgment now about to expire. |
