ORDER OF EXERCISE

First Day- Sept. 3d, 1912

The assembly call was played by Ernest B. CLOUGH and W.H. CATCOTT.
From 9:00 A.M. to 12 o'clock noon, was spent in a jolly open meeting; 12 o'clock noon, adjourn for dinner.

Afternoon Session

1:30 p.m. Assembly call was made at the G.A.R. Hall
1:45 p.m. Assembly was called to order by Jesse SAWYER.
The invocation was given by E.W. JENNY.
The address of welcome was made by Hon. J.V. GRAFF
The reponse to the address of welcome was made by Lieut. Orange PARRETT.
After a recess of five minutes the Assembly was called to order.
Business meeting. The Secretary's report was made and accepted.
The Treasurer's report was made and accepted.

Business Meeting

The election of officers resulted in the retaining of the old officers by a unanmous vote as follows:

Business Meeting - Continued

A motion to change the date of our Reunion from the first week in September to the first week in October was passed by unanimous vote. By a unanimous vote the Grand Army Hall was chosen as the place for holding our future Reunions. A motion was made that the Memorial address delivered in honor of our comrades who have died since out lst reunion by Rev. Wm. E. CADMUS be printed in pamphlet form and sent to all our comrades with the report of the 13th Annual Reunion. Passed by a unanimous vote. The association voted to have the dead list at end of six months from our 13th Reunion sent to all the comrades. Adjourned for supper.

Camp Fire Program

The assembly call for the camp fire program was made at 7:30 p.m.. At 8 o'clock the hall was filled to the doors with comrades of the 77th and their families and the visiting comrades and friends.

Charley BURDICK opened the Camp Fire program with Illinois which was echoed by the Peoria quartette. The first address was made by comrade E.W. JENNY, followed by John A. READ and Willis EVANS, while the Peoria quartette did itself proud in quartette singing. L. Ph. WOLF broke all of the former records in solos.

The Camp Fire entertainment went on record as being the greatest of them all, concluded with Marching Through Georgia. Good Night.


 

Second Day, Wednesday- Sept. 4th.

Program of Exercises

9:15 a.m. - Assembly call was made at G.A.R. Hall.

 9:30 a.m. - Call to Order - Letters from comrades were read by Frank N. IRELAND.

10:30 a.m. - Memorial services in honor of our comrades who have died since our last reunion in 1911 was conducted with a memorial address by Rev. Wm. CADMUS, followed with a short talk ending with prayer by comrade E.W. JENNY.

12:00 noon - Adjourn for dinner.

 Afternoon Session

1:15 p.m. - Assembly call at G.A.R. Hall.
1:30 p.m. - Last call to order of the reunion by Jesse SAWYER.

At this last meeting all of the comrades and their wives, sons and daughters were called upon for short talks, choosing their own subjects, for the good of the order, closing by singing" God be With You Until We Meet Again."
