      The undersigned
being first duly sworn makes oath and says that she is and has been for 26 years last past, a resident of said County and State, and was well acquainted with Rachel Douglass (wife of Samuel Douglass) who died intestate in said County on or about February 2d 1882, owning as affiant believes the S ½, S E. Sec 19. Tp 4 S, R 4 W, in said County, and leaving no debts yet unpaid.
      That the said Rachel left no children her surviving, but her husband, sister, and the children and grand child of 4 deceased brothers as her only heirs (such deceased brothers each dying intestate) as per the following plat : -
