Seeking parents and/or other information on Sarah Clarinda Brown, born 13OCT1859.
Family lore suggests she was born in or around Pinckneyville, but she may have been an orphan. Did Orphan Trains ever come to Pinckneyville or surrounding area? If so, is there any way to check if she was on one of them? She married John Presley Foster in Pickneyville on 11FEB1880 and left Illinois for Nebraska. Any information between 1859 and 1880 would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Seeking information about the Warners who (according to family history) were traders in Old DuQuoin in the late 1820s. John W. Warner was born in Old DuQuoin ca 1829; when John W. grew to adulthood, he was a riverboatman on the Ohio River. Little is known about his family, but supposedly John W. had at lease one sibling - a sister named "Luella" whose married name was either Flagg or Fagg. Luella and husband were living in Shawneetown in the 1850s.
Any information about this illusive branch would be appreciated.
