Levi Butler, farmer, sec 17, P .O. Valley City; was born in Genesee Co., NY, Oct 4, 1831; he came with his parents in 1833 to this county, where he still resides. Oct 14, 1853, he married Louisa Wilson, and of their 10 children 9 are living; Parvin, Joseph, John, David, Ellen, Emma, Loraine, Ann and Maggie. Parvin married Elizabeth Walker, and resides in this township.
