He was married to Frances Goins Oct. 4, 1951 in Mound City.

Mr. Seals is survived by his widow Frances of Perks; three daughters, Mrs. Patricia Dickerson of White Hill, Rose Marie and Patty Ann, both of the home; two sons, Alfred Seals of East Cape, Richard Lee at home; two sisters, Mildred Stokes of Jonesboro, and Myrtle Jones of CA; two brothers, Osmer Seals of Ullin and Ralph Seals of CA; three grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Frank Seals were conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, 1978 at the Stoner, Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Ullin with the Rev. Leonard Baker officiating. Interment was in the Ullin Cemetery.

Stoner, Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Ullin was in charge of arrangements.
