Henry T. Vines

 

     Henry Tom Vines, age 77, of Mound City, died at 5:50 a.m. today in St. Francis Hospital after an extended illness.  

He was born in Union County and had lived in Mound City 35 years.  He attended the Pentecostal Church.

     Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bertha Vines; three sons, Blaine of Cape Girardeau, Wayne of Mound City, Warren of Memphis, two step-sons, Verril Kiestler of Villa Ridge and George Kiestler of Cairo; one daughter, Mrs. Blanch Pennebaker, Carbondale; 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Tempie Harold, Mound City; one brother, Jake of Anna.

     Friends may call at the Alstat Funeral Home after 6 p.m., today. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home,  Interment will be in Spencer Heights Cemetery.
