Gertrude Webb, 83, of Cairo died Sunday, July 13, 2003, at Daystar Care Center.

She was born May 21, 1920, in Helena, Ark., daughter of Hampton and Mary Taylor Cage. She married Henry Webb Sr.

She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Cairo.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Henry Webb Jr. of Menomonie,Wis.; two daughters, Mary Cason of Mounds, Ill., Shirley McClellan of Warner Robins, Ga.; a sister, Alberta Harris of Chicago Heights, Ill.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at the Kingdom Hall after 12 Saturday.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the hall, with Carl Clark officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Garden at Villa Ridge, Ill.
