Guardianship of Joseph Edward Thompson 

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That We, J C PERKINS John G. TAYLOR and Albert TAYLOR of the County of Randolph and State of Illinois, are held and firmly bound unto the People of the State of Illinois, for the use of Joseph Edward THOMPSON, in the penal sum of fifteen hundred Dollars, current money of the United States, well and truly to be made and performed, we and each of us do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, jointly, severally and firmly, by these presents.WITNESS OUR HANDS AND SEALS, this fifteenth day of February A. D. 1899. The Condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above bounden J. C. PERKINS who has been appointed Guardian of Joseph Edward THOMPSON shall faithfully discharge the office and trust of such Guardian according to law, and shall make a true inventory of all the Real and Personal estate of the ward that shall come to his possession or knowledge, and return the same unto the County Court of Randolph County, at the time required by law, and manage and dispose of all such estate, according to law, and for the best interest of said ward, and faithfully discharge the trust, in relation thereto, and to the custody, nurture and education of said ward, and render an account, on oath, of the property in his hands, and of management and disposition of all such estate within one year after his appointment, and at such other time as shall be required by law, or directed by the Court; and upon removal from office, or at the expiration of his trust, settle his accounts in said Court, or with the ward or his legal representative,, and pay over and deliver all the estate, title papers and effects remaining in his hands; or due from him on such settlement, to the person or persons lawfully entitled thereto, then this obligation shall be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virue.

Request For Appointment Of Guardian State Of Illinois, Randolph County SS In The County Court, January TERM, A.D. 1899 To THE HON. W. N. WILSON JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The undersigned respectfully represent that he is minor, above the age of fourteen years, to-wit: of the age of 17 years on the 17th day of May A.D. 1898, and heir of and entitled to a distributive share in the estate of Joseph THOMPSON last of said County, deceased, and having no father living, or other legal Guardian residing in said State, respectfully requests that J. C. PERKINS of Sparta may be appointed my guardian.

Guardianship of Anna McKee
Guardian's Bond Know All Men by These Presents, That we, William C McKee, Samuel McKee and William A Campbell of the county of Randolph and State of Illinois, are held and firmly bound unto the people of the State of Illinois, for the use of Anna McKee in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars, current money of the United States, to which payment, well and truly to be made and performed we, and each of us, do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, jointly, severally and firmly by these presents. Witness our hands and seals, this 15th day of February A. D. 1886. Guardian's Bond Know All Men by These Presents, That we, Mary A McKee Edward E Brown and Henry T McKee of the county of Randolph and State of Illinois, are held and firmly bound unto the People of the State of Illinois, for the use of E Brown McKee, Samuel C McKee and Charles Howard McKee in the penal sum of Three Thousand Dollars, current money of the United States, to which payment, well and truly to be made and performed, we and each of us bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, jointly, severally and firmly, by these presents. WITNESS our hands and seals, this 14th day of April A. D. 1906 THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, THAT IF the above bounder Mary A McKee who has been appointed Guardian of E. Petition of Mary A. McKee in the matter of the Estate of Charles McKee deceased, for letter of Guardianship. To the Hon. S. ________ Taylor Judge of the County Court of Randolph County: The petition of the undersigned _________________________ respectfully represents:That E Brown McKee is a minor, aged 16 years on the 16 day of June A.D. 1906. That Samuel C McKee is a minor, aged 13 years on the 8 day of February A.D. 1906, That Charles Harold McKee is a minor, aged 4 years on the 24 day of January A.D. 1906, that said minor are residents of this county; that they have no father living, or other legal guardian, residing in this State; that said minors will be Entitled to Life Insurance and that you petitioner is Mother and desires to be appointed Guardian of said minor. Dated, Chester, Ill., April 14, A.D. 1906.

Crozier of the county of Randolph and State of Illinois, are held and firmly bound unto the People of the State of Illinois, for the use of Mable McKee in the penal sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars, current money of the United States, to which payment, well and truly to be made and performed, we and each of us bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, jointly, severally and firmly, by these presents.WITNESS our hands and seals, this 30 day of June A. D. 1894.
