
Stark County has had its county convention and has placed its county ticket in the field. The following are the
nominations: Circuit Clerk, J. M. Brown of Toulon; States Attorney, B. F. Thompson of Bradford; Sheriff, S. M.
Adams of Toulon; Coroner, Wilson Trickle. Representatives to legislature: J. D. Hurd. Congressional delegation

Our school election resulted in the election of Charles Gleason for school director. Although the greenbackers
were on the ground with their little shot guns, it availed nothing, the victory was ours. Castleton, April 29,
