Martha Jacquot
Martha Ann Jacquot, nee Pestka, 87, of Belleville
formerly of East St. Louis, died Sunday, February
16, 1982, at Notre Dame Nursing Home.
She was past president of the Altar Society of Holy
Angels Church and a member of the Quilting Club
of Holy Angels.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lambert
Jacquot; her parents; five brothers and two disters.
She is survived by four sons, Lambert Jacquot of
Fairview Heights, James Jacquot of Fort Lauderdale, FL,
Irvin and Robert Jacquot, both of Belleville; ten
grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; nieces and
nephews.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb 18,
at St. Teresa's Catholic Church in Belleville. Burial
will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Friends may call agter 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17 at
the Holten Funeral Home in Belleville.
A recitation of the rosary will be held at 6:15 p.m.
Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Charles Jacquot's Funeral Today
Funeral services for Charles J. "Carl" Jacquot, 70 of
Fairview Heights, were held this morning from the Herr Funeral Chapel, Caseyville.
Burial was in Mount Carmel, Cemetery.
Mr. Jacquot died at 9:15 p.m. Friday in St. Elizabeth
Hospital. He was ill several weeks. He was a retired
coal miner and had worked at the St. Louis and
O'Fallon Coal, Company and at the St. Ellen Mine.
He was born in Cahokia. Mr Jacquot was a member of
the Holy Name Society, the Unithed Mine Workers of
America Local 1227, St. Stephen Church.
Surviving are his wife Charlotte Dour Jacquot, and
two sisters Mrs George Schmidt of O'Fallon and
Mrs, Paul Holzmeier of Rockford.

Anna Jacquot
Anna C. Jacquot, nee Heil, 78, of Fairview Hieghts,
died Saturday, May 9, 1987, at St. Elizabeth's
Hospital.
She was a member of Our Lady of Assumption Church,
the Alter Sodality at the Church, and the A.A.R.P.
Preceding her in death were her parents, John and
Henricka, nee Rubenacker, Heil, two brothers,
Cornelius and Theodore Heil; two sisters-in-law,
Thresa Engel and Rosa Bond.
Surviving are her husband, Lambert Jacquot Jr; three
sons and two daughters-in-law, Lambert Jacquot 111 of
Margate, FL., and Joyce Jacquot of Fairview Heights,
Adrain and Patty Jacquot of Belleville, three grand-
children, dear sister-in-law, aunt and great aunt.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday
at the Holten Funeral Home in Our Lady of the
Assumption Church, Fairview Heights for a 10 a.m.
Mass. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
There will be a Scripture Service held at 7 p.m.
Monday at the Holten Funeral Home.

L.A. Jacquot Sr., Dies in Hospital
Lambert A. Jacquot Sr., 75 of East St. Louis, died at 12:05 a.m. today at St. Mary
Hospital in East St. Louis following an extended illness. He had been hospitalized for nine weeks.
A son of the late August and Rose Ann Jacquot, nee, Antoine,
he was born December 31, 1892 at Centerville City, Ill.
Mr Jacquot was a retired maintenance supervisor at Emerson
Electric in St. Louis.
Surviving are his wife, Martha Hacquot, nee Pestla, and
four sons; Lambert, Irvin C., Robert S. of East St. Louis and
James S. of East St. Louis, and James of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.
A brother James Jacquot of East St. Louis, and 10 grand-
children also survuve.
The rosary for Mr. Jacquot will be said at 4 p.m., Sunday
at the Holten Funeral Home in East St. Louis.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at the
Holy Angels Church in East St. Louis with interment in
Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call at the Holten
Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Saturday.

Sadie Jacquot
Mrs Sadie E. Jacquot, nee Jones, 70, Belleville, died
Sunday at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Belleville.
She was the widow of Harry Jacquot, who died March 31,
1965. he was a truch driver.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Jon Allard and Miss
Jill Jacquot, both of Belleville.
The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday from the
Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, to Blessed Sacrament
Church for services at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Mt.
Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call at the fueral home
agter 7 p.m. today.
