Mrs. George Kilian, 329 North Charles Street, today was advised of the death of William M. Meng, 16, son of her brother, Dr. William L. Meng, who formerly resided in Belleville.  Dr. Meng is now stationed at the National Military Sanitorium near Marion, Ind.

Young Meng, according to Mrs. Kilian, was doing special work in musical training in Winona, Ind., when he was stricken with acute appendicitis Wednesday morning, and died at a Warsaw, Ind., hosptial.

Young Meng was a senior student in the high school at Marion, Ind.

In addition to his father and mother, he is survived by one brother, Ralph.

According to the message received by Mrs. Kilian today, funeral arrangements will be held at marion, Ind., at 10 o'clocktomorrow morning with interment at Marion... Belleville Daily Advocate,30 June, 1930.
