MRS. KILLION DIES HERE

Widown of Photographer, Here 65 Years, Succumbs at 76

Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie B. Killion, 76, widow of George W. Killion who operated a Collinsville Avenue photgraphic studio, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, 18 March, 1941, in the Burke funeral home, 3300 State street, with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Mrs. Killion, whose home was at 700 Illinois Avenue, died in Christian Welfare hospital Sunday afternoon, 16 March, 1941.

She was a native of Bellpre, Ohio, and a resident of East St. Louis for 65 years.

Surviving are a brother Randolph Kirkpatrick and a sister Mrs. Charles A. Gamlin.

She was a member of the Leah Rebekah Lodge and the World's Fair camp of the Royal Neighbors of America, who will conduct services at 8 p.m. Monday, March 17...East St. Louis Journal, March 1941.
