Herbert Coon was married to Elsie Mallory, daughter of Edwin Grant Mallory and Ida Cotherman. Faerie J Mallory is Elsie's sister. She later married Prof. Robert Engle of the U of Chicago. The sender of the post card, Dorothy Coon, married Dale Fair and their son Paul attended Stanford University. The little girls in the picture are Dorthy and Ruth Coon. Ruth married Samuel Albert.
