E. Lutz of Freeport is visiting his sister Mrs. Alice Lied

Clifford Bender returned to this home at Lake Geneva Wisc. after visiting at the W.R. & Kenneth Bender homes.
Ellsworth Wilson had his house wired for electricity.
M.L. Rife and George Jones had their houses painted.
Many friends and relatives stopped in at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kratzer Sunday to say goodby to Mr. & Mrs. Lawrence Valeske who were leaving for their home in Los Angeles CA. Mrs. Valeske is the daughter of Charles Kratzer.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smith and sons Maurice and Delmar are visiting relatives in Iowa.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wirtjes and family of Freeport spent Sunday with Ms. c. Walter.
Miss Lizzie Price returned to her home at McConnell after visiting her sisters here.
Vernon Macomber is attending summer school at Urbana Mr. and Mrs. Ellsworth Wilson spent the week-end at the lakes.
Frank Lied and son, Wayne spent Sunday at the lakes in Wisconsin.
Mr. and Mrs. R.C. Blunt spent Sunday afternoon with the latter's mother, Mrs. Adda Hoffman
Mr. and Mrs. Philip Reeser and Mr. and Mrs. George Jones spent Sunday at Lawler IA, the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Zipse. Mrs. Zipse returned home with them to visit relatives and friends here.
