BATON ROUGE, LA–GLADYS R. CANERDY--Died 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 1991, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was 81, a native and resident of Cobden, Ill., and resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
Religious services at Lutz Rendleman Funeral Home, Cobden, Ill., Saturday. Burial in Cobden Cemetery.
Survived by two daughters, Elsie M. Ashby, Bradenton, Fla., and Helen V. LaHaye, Baton Rouge; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was affiliated with United Pentecostal Church.
