LOGRETA HINKLE



Anna, IL--Logreta Hinkle, 88, of Anna died Monday, Jan 28, 2008 at Union County Nursing Home in Anna.
She was born Jan. 17, 1920 in Johnson County, Ill., daughter of Irvin and Bertha Anderson Merriman.
She and Harry Hinkle were married March 27, 1948.  He died March 5, 2006.
She was a member of Ware United Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Hinkle of Murphysboro, Ill., Thomas Hinkle of Cape Girardeau, MO; a daughter, Patty Pinnon of Wolf Lake, Ill.; two brothers, Don Merriman and Robert Merriman, both of Anna; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, a brother and a sister.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Anna-Jonesboro or from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at Ware United Pentecost Church.  The funeral will be at 1 p.m. at the church, with the Rev. Danny Jones officiating.
Burial will be at Ebenezer Hall Cemetery.
