VIVIAN R. MURPHY



Lacon, IL --VIVIAN R. MURPHY, 82, of Lacon died Thursday, May 28, 1992, at Parkhill Medical Complex in Chillicothe.
Born March 17, 1910, near Mounds to Ira Monroe and Eva Catherine Scurlock Robinson, she married William Paul Murphy. He survives in Lacon. One sister preceded her in death.
She was a member of Lacon Congregational United Church of Christ.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at American Legion Cemetery, near Dongola. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at her church. The Rev. Katherine L. Harding will officiate.
Crain Funeral Home in Dongola is in charge of arrangements.
