       I Herman Friemann being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainity of life and certainity of death do make, publish and declare the following to be by Last will and testament.
 
First - I desire my debts and funeral expenses be paid. -
 
Second - I hereby empower my Executors herein after named to collect a life insurance policy for $ 250000 which I now hold in the Covenant Mutual Beautiful Life Association of Galesburg, Illinois.
 
Third - I hereby empower my Executors herein after named to sell at public or private sale whenever they shall deem best all my real and personal estate of what was kind and nature without any order of court and make proper and sufficient deeds of conveyance.
 
Fourth - I give, devise and bequeath to my two grand children by my son George W, Frieman deceased, each the sum of One hundred dollars to be paid out of proceeds of my real and personal Estate and also to each said children the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid out proceeds of above described Insurance policy if the same shall be collected making the total sum of two hundred dollars to be paid to each grand children from said sources.
 
Fifth - I give devise and bequeath the proceeds of remainder of my estate from sale of same as provided in the third clause herein and after and after pauing the sum of one hundred dollars to each of my said grand children as provided by the fourth clause herein, And the life insurance policy named in second clause herein after paying to each of my said grand children the sum of one hundred dollars as provided in the fourth clause herein, to my children Wilhelm Friemann, Reinhold T. Friemann, Anna W. Bouas, Catherina F. Friemann, Ferding H. Friemann and Heinery C. T. Friemann share and share alike.
 
Sixth - I nominate Wilhelm Friemann and Leon Bouas, Executors of this my last will and testament.
 
Seventh - I hereby revoke all former wills by me made

      I do Solemnly Swear, That this writing contains the true last Will and Testament of
the within named    Herman Frieman    deceased, so far as I know or believe ;
and that I will well and truly execute the same, by paying first the debts and then the legacies
mentioned therein, as far as h   goods and chattels will thereunto extend, and the law charge
me ; and that I will make a true and perfect inventory of all such goods and chattels, rights and
credits, as may come to my hands or knowledge, belonging to the estate of the said deceased, and
render a fair and just account of my executorship, when thereunto required by law, to the best of
my knowledge and abilities ; so help me God.
