"The First Baptist Church was organized at the home of Benjamin Chesney, west end of Washington County, by William Rountree. West of Lively Grove was a church known as the Baptist Church of Elkton. Later it was reorganized and services shifted to the Elkton Union Church".

This cemetery, found in woods under brush, is located west of Lively Grove, IL and west of the Old Presbyterian Cemetery. Published in previous issue (Volume 1, No. 2, ?)

Directions furnished by : Toni Kohrmann
The cemetery is located between Peony road and Goldenrod. There is a timber there. It is on the west side of this timber. There is a power line that runs right through there and a skinny clearing through the center of the trees and that is where the cemetary is. There is a farm road along the tree line
