Henry Gaebe departed this life Jan. 21 at 68 years of age at his home in Nashville. He was born in Arrenkamp, Germany, Feb. 26, 1826, and emigrated to America in 1850, settling in Cape Girardeau, Mo. He served in the Civil War in the 47th Mo. Deceased was survived by four children, Mrs. Fred Gewe of Nashville, Mrs. H.F. Miller of North Prairie, Mrs. C.F. Smith of Booneville, Mo., and John H. Gaebe of Addieville.
