      Mrs. Norma Riechmann of Okawville departed this life in the Washington County Hospital in Nashville on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 12:47 p.m. after a courageous battle with cancer. She had attained the age of 66 years, ten months, and 29 days.
 
      Norma was born in Belleville on June 16, 1946. the only child of Morey and Gertrude (nee Oller) Stieg. She was united in marriage to Loyd Riechmann in the Grace United Methodist Church in Nashville on November 27, 1965.
 
      Mrs. Riechmann was a faithful member of the St. Peter United Church of Christ in Okawville where she was an active member of the Women's Guild. She was a full time mother and homemaker and she greatly assisted her husband in his auction business. Prior to her marriage she worked at the Law office of P. E. Green in Nashville.
 
      Norma always enjoyed working in the Exhibit Hall during the Okawville Fair and Wheat Festival and she liked spending time outdoors. Most of all she loved her family and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
 
      Left to mourn her passing is her husband of 47 years. Loyd Riechmann of Okawville; three sons, Mark and wife Michelle of Okawville, Michael and wife Melissa of Hoyleton, and Matthew and wife Erica of Okawville; four grandsons, Reed, Zachary, Drew and Braxton; four grand daughters; Madisyn, Paige, Maliah and Amelia; a brother-in-law, William Riechmann; an uncle, William Oller and wife Ruth;; three nephews, one niece, many cousins and a host of friends.
 
      She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter Lori in infancy; and a sister-in-law Marilyn Riechmann
 
      Funeral services were held at the St. Peter United Church of Christ in Okawville on Saturday, May 18, at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Jeffrey Schwab officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
