      Note : -- This can be executed before any officer authorized to administer oaths for general purposes. If such officer
uses a seal, certificate of Clerk of Court is not necessary. If no seal is used, then such certificate must be attached

      On this       19th       day of       July       , A. D. one thousand eight hundred ninety
personally appeared before me, a       Notary Public       within and for the County and State aforesaid,
      James Robinson       aged       53       years, a resident of the       Precinct       of       Coulterville       County of       Randolph       , State of       Illinois       , who being duly sworn according to law, declares that he is the identical       James Robinson       who was ENROLLED on the       8th       day of       December       , 18 64 , in       Company D, 59th Regiment Illinois Veteran Infantry Volunteers       in the war of the rebellion, and served at least ninety days, and was HONORABLY DISCHARGED at
      New Braunfels Tex       on the       8th       day of       December       , 18 65 . That he is       Physically       unable to earn a support by reason of       Rupture, and from the effects of an over heat.      
That said disabilities are not due to his vicious habits, and are to the best of his knowledge and belief permanent. That he has       not       applied for pension.
That he makes this declaration for the purpose of being placed on the pension roll of the United States under the the provisions of the Act of June 27, 1890. He hereby appoints
      James L. Skelly       of       Sparta Illinois       his true and lawful attorney to prosecute his claim.

To be executed before a Court of Record or some Officer thereof having custody of its Seal, or a Notary Public, or a Justice of the Peace, whose Official Signature shall be verified by his own Official Seal, if he has one, or by the proper Clerk, under Seal.

      On this       1st       day of       June       , A. D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety       eight       personally appeared before me a       Notary Republic       within and for the county and State aforesaid,
      Mary Robinson       aged       51       years, a resident of the       County       of county of
      Randolph +       , State of       Illinois       , who being duly sworn according to law, declares that she is the widow of       James Robinson       , who enlisted on the    8th    day of    December     , A. D. 18 64 , in
  Company D, Fiftyninth Regt Inftry, - VolSunteers, who served at least 90 days in the War of the Rebellion
and served at least ninety days in he service of the United States in the late War of the Rebellion, who was
honorably discharged       on the 8th day of Dec. 1865       , and died       May the 15- 1898      
      That she was married under the name of       Mary Hair No[w] Mary Robinson       to said
      James Robinson       on the       17th       day of       Aprile       , 18 66 by       Rev. Wm S. Bratton      , at       Near Coulterville, Ills       ; there being no legal barrier to said marriage,       No      
      That she has not remarried since the death of the said       James Robinson      
      That she is without other means of support than her daily labor; that names and dates of birth of all the children now living under sixteen years of age of the said soldier are as follows :

      That she has not heretofore applied for pension and the number of her former application is       none      
That she makes this declaration for the purpose of being placed on the pension roll of the United States under the provisions of the Act of June 27, 1890.
      She hereby appoints, with full power of substitution and revocation,       Anthony Steele, Whose Post office address is Coulterville - -       State of       Illinois       , her true and lawful attorney, to prosecute her claim, and to receive therefor a fee of ten dollars; that her post-office address is       Coulterville in the       county of       Randolph +       , State of       Illinois
