Clark – Richards photo help!

On the far left is Clara Adeline (Clark) Richards, shown with her arm around a younger woman next to her that would not be her daughter. Hiram Alvin Richards is the older gentleman in the back row, but the younger man standing next to him is probably not his son. I would think the photo dates from around 1925 to 1930. Hiram's only sister, Emma Jane Richards Miller, died in 1911. Similarly, Clara had no older living sisters. I have no idea how the others in the photo may be related, and of course one mystery will always remain - who was holding the camera?
