MR. AND MRS. JESSIE HUDSON have two daughters living in Akron. Mrs. Ethel Lay They have two girls, Louise and Anna Gene. Robert works at the Firestone rubber factory and farms his 60 acres. Ethel raises several hundred chicks. Their youngest girl is in her second year of high school. Louis is studying art. Anna Lee and husband, Herman Fische and son, Gene live on their own place 12 miles from Akron. Herman still works at the General. His wife Anna Lee, has not been well the past year.

 

CLE WALSH, lost his wife, Grace HUDSON Walsh a year ago this December 21st. He has three children, Archie, Robley and Fay. Robley still keeps house for her father. Archie is married and has one child, a boy. Arch works at the filling station in Kenmore. Fay is married and is a nurse at the John Proctor hospital in Peoria. Her husband Gene Thompson is employed at a grocery store. They have a little girl, Pattie Sue, about fifteen months old.

JENNEY TATE HUDSON and daughter, Betty Lue, lived in Akron, Jennie works at the O’Neils big department store and Betty keeps house for her husband, George Billman. He is an ex-service boy served overseas several months, now works at a filling station in Kenmore Ohio.

 

FRANK HUDSON and wife Elma WEST, live a mile north of Albion. They have two children, Arnold at home and Maxine and husband Junior Copley and daughter Sherry Kay, live in Albion. Junior works at the oil wells. They own their home in town. Elma’s mother Sarah West lives in Albion.

 

IRA HUDSON and wife, Blanche HAEFELE, live in Albion where she teaches in the high school. This is her 22nd year teaching. Ira’s three children live with their grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. Robert Fortner. Arline, the oldest girl, has been secretary at the high school for the past two years. The other daughter Wanda Lee, is in her second year of high school and Olen Ray is in grade school.

 

Rev. ROY HUDSON, and family live in Ullin, Il. He preaches at the First Methodist Church in Ullin. They have three children, Gene in his second year of high school, Joyce and Odis, are both in grade school.

 

Mrs. Jessie Hudson’s daughters live in Evansville. Wilma and husband, Lloyd Chalcraft, both work. Lloyd does carpenter work and Wilma is employed at a café down town. Ruth is a beauty operator at a shop on Main and Locust St.

 

Thelma Hart and husband Nehf Hahn, are both employed at the Old National Bank in Evansville. Their address is 220 Cherry St.

 Mrs. Walker Hudson still lives at 416 John St., Olney. She has two daughters. Mildred and her husband Merlin Atkins, and two children, a boy and girl, live in Sumner.

Ava and husband and two boys live in Idaho.

Virgil Hudson and wife get their mail at Attoma, Route 3. They were called to Golden Gate this winter by the serious illness of his brother, Garfield, who passed away January 5th 1950.

 

Dorothy Walsh and husband, William Stewart, live at Waukegan, Il., 1008 Washington St. He is a deaf mute. Dorothy can hear and talk quite good, but her husband doesn’t talk or hear.

 

Kate Blackard gets her mail at 520 Opdyke St. My. Vernon, Il.

Elsie Bowers McCracken lives at 1001 Southland St. Akron, Ohio.

Mr. And Mrs. Ellis Mitchel and family of Albion, now of Evansville, get their mail at 420 Washington Ave.

 

Mabel Hudson, wife of George Shilling, lives on their farm just north of Browns, Illinois. She has been quite poorly but is some improved.
