A very pretty wedding was celebrated at high noon Thursday [01/25/1906] at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. O. Livingston, seven miles northeast of Sterling. The contracting parties were Miss Theresa Dormski and Freman Fremont Deets, both well known parties. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. W. W. Deihl, pastor of the Fourth street Methodist church, in the presence of about one hundred friends. Immediately after the service an exceptionally elaborate wedding dinner was served, and the afternoon was spent socially.

The young people are both popular. The bride is the center of a large circle of friends in that vicinity and has the congratulations of all. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Deets of this city and is an industrious and well liked young man. The couple will live on a large stock farm northeast of Milledgeville, of which the groom will assume the superintendency [sic] in February.
